2. Services

5thMedia provides event management services, including but not limited to corporate events, weddings, product launches, exhibitions, and entertainment shows.
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on project requirements, timelines, and location.

Any event-related proposal or quotation shared by 5thMedia is valid for a limited period and may be revised as per changes in scope, logistics, or third-party costs.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Event bookings must be confirmed in writing with an advance payment as specified in the proposal.

• The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed schedule before the event date.

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

In case of cancellation by the client:

• More than 30 days before the event: 50% refund of advance (if applicable).

• Less than 30 days before the event: No refund.
  In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies), both parties will mutually decide on rescheduling.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, required permissions, and timely approvals.
5thMedia is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by incomplete client data, third-party vendors, or last-minute scope changes.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative concepts, designs, graphics, and event plans developed by 5thMedia remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction or use of our content, photos, videos, or materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability

While we take every measure to ensure successful execution, 5thMedia shall not be held responsible for:

• Losses due to third-party vendor failures.

• Equipment malfunction, unforeseen technical issues, or venue-related disruptions.

• Personal injury or property damage occurring during events unless proven negligent by 5thMedia.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share client data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

5thMedia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
